About Me
Hi I'm Annika Wiebke. I grew up in
Oregon’s wine country, spending my
early years riding horses and enjoying
the outdoors. I graduated with a bachelor’s
degree in Psychology from Portland State University with a focus on Child Psychology. I was diagnosed with multiple food intolerances as a young child and continued to struggle with my health until my late 20's. Discovering the power of food as medicine turned my world around. This ignited my passion for healing through nutrition, leading me to pursue certifications in Holistic Nutrition, and Wellness Coaching.
We are bombarded daily with unhealthy food advertising yet paradoxically told by society that we need to be fit and thin to be attractive. I provide support and comfort to those who want to turn off the noise and focus on the health of their body and mind. When the heart and mind are balanced, the body will follow.

In January of 2021, I became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, a credential that demonstrates that I have achieved the highest level of professional recognition (validating my knowledge and experience) in the holistic nutrition industry. Being Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® enables me to serve you with the best, most current research and advanced nutritional science.
To maintain this designation, I am required to take part in and document numerous continuing education units every two years. Board certification proves that I am aware of and conduct my nutrition business within the legal scope of service and standards of professional conduct.
I am very proud of this designation and it is my hope that the value it adds to your health journey is evident in every service I offer.
I am also a professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP).

“I would highly recommend Annika’s services through Thought Cuddles because she is not your average nutritionist! When we first started, I suffered with chronic fatigue, irregular hormones, depression/anxiety, and terrible stomach pains. I thought I was already eating pretty healthy, but Annika helped me find out what trigger foods were bothering me and how to reintroduce them. My relationship with food is now much healthier and for that, my life is bettered. Annika is kind, compassionate, intelligent, and incredibly inclusive to every size and shape. She transforms how nutrition is traditionally taught and shows each of her clients how to adapt uniquely based on their needs and wants.
Thank you for your kindness and help, Annika!”

The Clean 15
Resources

Buying 100% organic can be expensive. When making your selections at the market you can reference the clean 15 and dirty dozen lists to help your budget.
As the name implies, the items on the dirty dozen should be purchased organic as they contain the highest levels of pesticides and exposure to toxins.

The clean 15 is a list of fruits and veggies that are safer to buy conventional as they aren't typically exposed to the higher levels of pesticides and toxins. Make sure to wash non-organic produce with a gentle vegetable wash prior to consuming.
